New events, neighborhood and district updates, and all other information regarding Cherokee Street are covered. These meetings are public and open to all. Business owners, residents, property owners, and/or anyone with an interest in Cherokee Street are welcome and encouraged to attend.

BPW Litter Clean Up + Social Hour
Saturday, September 21 at 9-10 am, Gravois Planter, Utah and Gravois
Join us for our monthly neighborhood litter pick up and social hour! We will be starting at the round planter on Gravaois at Utah. *Feel free to bring a bucket, gloves and trash picker upper if you like. We have trash bags that have been donated by Operation Brightside.
Gravois Park Trash Pickup and Social Hour
Sundays from 9:30-10:30 am, Gravois Park, 3200 Potomac
Each Sunday, get to know your neighbors and help make YOUR neighborhood park a better place to play! We'll pick up litter in and around the park while talking and getting to know each other.

Fox Park's Sometimes Annual Bocce Tournament Sunday, September 22 at 2-5 pm, Fox Park, Shenandoah
Ready to bocce? The Sometimes Annual Bocce Tournament is coming soon! Grab a partner and craft your [no more than PG-13 rated] team name! Dress spirited-ly! Whether you call it bocce, pétanque, or lawn bowling, we will start rolling at 2 PM on Sunday, September 22! We'll be using backyard/beach bocce rules, not the "international tournament rules" that may be used at the Italia-America Bocce Club. Pre-register today! Two-person teams are $30 in advance, $40 day of event. Now go down in your basement, locate that bocce set you received as a gift from Aunt Maude, and practice your rolls! Facebook Invite
Refab Volunteer Night
