Fair Saint Louis - BPW Volunteers Needed July 6!

Fair Saint Louis is right around the corner! Come celebrate "America's Biggest Birthday Party" and St. Louis' premier summer event celebrating our nation's independence. Fair Saint Louis will take place July 4, 5, & 6, 2019 at the Arch grounds. Visit fairsaintlouis.org for details.

Benton Park West's biggest fundraiser is Fair Saint Louis. There are TWO airshows on Saturday! Enjoy a night of music, topped off with a spectacular fireworks display all while helping our community. The Flaming Lips is the headliner!

Benton Park West will host a beverage booth on Saturday, July 6. This is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year. We use these dollars to fulfill our missions and provide programming and community enhancements. Specially these dollars support Easter Eggstravaganza, Back to School, Trunk or Treat, the Dog Park, insurance, rent, meeting refreshments, and printing costs. Help BPW by volunteering to work one or more shifts selling beer, soda, and water.

All volunteers must complete SMART training. Be sure to select the SERVER training. After you've completed the training, please be send a PDF copy of your SMART certificate to president@bentonparkwest.org. You may also bring a hard copy the day of the event.

The Benton Park West booth will be at the S. Teardrop (same as last year, south of the Arch).

Can't work? Come to the park on July 6 to buy from us! Beers, wine, and hard alcohol: $8 each and Pepsi products and bottled water: $4 each. Cash and cards accepted. *Cash is faster since we typically have one card reader.
