Land Tax sales are held 5 times a year (May, June, July, August and October). The 2016 sale dates are below:

Sale 184 Sale Date: August 23, 2016 Published: August 9, 2016 and August 16, 2016

Special Sale 185 Sale Date: October 11, 2016 Published: September 27, 2016 and October 4, 2016

Individual properties are not listed on the City's website until they have been "Published" in the Daily Record (2 weeks prior to the date of the sale). Sales are held at 9:00 am in the lobby of the Civil Courts Building at 10 N Tucker Blvd, downtown St. Louis. For more information, please visit the City's website.
