After the Party: Photos from the Rehabbers Club Tour
Saturday was a beautiful day to explore Benton Park West. Partnering with ReVitalize St. Louis' Rehabbers Club, BPWNA organized a tour of five properties in various stages of rehab in our neighborhood. Over 40 people participated in the tour and we think a lot of community pride was celebrated.
First up, Graham Browne and Stephanie McKinney's house where they shared their experience completely reimagining their bunglow and carriage house.
In the carriage house, a loft over looks the garage.
Cool pocket door repurposed as the bedroom door.
The original living room and dining room retain their features such as the fireplace surround, beamed ceiling and columns separating the two spaces.
Next up was Sara Vermillion's home. She purchased the home for her love of the trees.
Neighborhood resident, Joe Zerillo was gratious to allow us to tour his corner building and future home of a coffee and sandwich shop.
There are three apartments also associated with this property - soon to be available for rent.
Joe built the bar counter out of old doors.
Our fourth stop was Rubicon's rehab on Arsenal. This is just one of many projects is doing in our neighborhood. This property, which features a guest house and massive side yard will be listed in April.

A great book end to the tour, an amazing one bedroom by Graham Browne and Stephanie McKinney. Expect to see this place on the market late spring/early summer.
