Anheuser-Busch Brewery Lighting Ceremony

Thursday, November 19 from 5:00-10:00 pm, AB Brewery, 1200 Lynch

Special guest and St. Louis Cardinals legend Ozzie Smith will be at our St. Louis Brewery to help us flip the switch on over 600,000 lights. The party starts at 6pm! Come experience the wonder of the Budweiser Clydesdales, s’mores roasting on an open fire, thousands of twinkling lights and one monumental display of holiday spirit. Cherokee Station Business Association Meeting

Thursday, November 19 from 5:30-7:30 pm, Nebula, 3407 S. Jefferson

CSBA Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:30pm. All business owners, residents, property owners, and anyone with an interest in Cherokee are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Benton Park West Neighborhood Association Meeting

Thursday, November 19 at 7:00 pm, Five Star Senior Center, 2832 Arsenal

The November neighborhood meeting will be our 4th annual potluck! We'll supply Hodak's chicken, beverages, plates and utensils. You bring a salad, side dish, or dessert. For the 2nd year, we will hold a silent auction to raise funds for the Neighborhood Association. Visit our Events page for more details.

3rd Friday Happy Hour

Friday, November 20 from 5:00-7:00 pm, The Blue Pearl, 2926 Cherokee

Festival of Lights

Saturday, November 21 from 4:30-7:00 pm, Union Station & Aloe Plaza

The Ameren Missouri Festival of Lights officially ushers in the Holiday Season with a host of entertainment, lighting of the Salvation Army Tree of Lights and a festive fireworks finale. For more information, please visit www.christmasinstlouis.org/festival-of-lights/

Community Thanksgiving Dinner

Sunday, November 22 at 1:00 pm, The Salvation Army, 2740 Arsenal

Zumba Classes

Monday, November 23 at 6:00 pm and Thursday, November 26 at 1:30-2:30 pm, Curby Memorial Presbyterian Church, 2621 Utah

Curby Church will host Zumba classes on Mondays from 6-7 pm and Thursdays from 1:30-2:30 pm. The suggested donation for the instructor is $1-5.00 a session. For more info 314-771-0242.

The Salvation Army's Thanksgiving Dinner Fundraiser

Tuesday, November 24 from 11:30-1:30 pm, 2740 Arsenal

Purchase a meal for dine-in or carry out for $5. Delivery is available with a minimum of 10 meal orders at $7 each. Cherokee Street Community Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving Day Parade

Thursday, November 26 at 8:45 am, Market Street between 7th and 20th

Celebrating its 31st year, the 2015 Ameren Missouri Thanksgiving Day Parade will be broadcast live on KMOV-TV Channel 4. Theere will be +130 parade units, including musical floats and displays, giant helium balloon figures, animal units, restored antique cars and firetrucks, and marching bands from around the St. Louis region. As always, Santa Claus will be present to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas at the end of the parade. Shop Cherokee on Small Business Saturday
