Below is a list of upcoming activities for Benton Park West area residents.

Benton Park West Neighborhood Association Meeting

Thursday, September 17 at 7:00 pm, Five Star Senior Center, 2832 Arsenal

Please join us to hear the neighborhood news and have a chance in interact with your neighbors, 3rd District police, aldermen and NSO. We will review upcoming events and activities. Elections for 2016 Board members are in October. We'll ask for nominations for Board positions. We ask residents to consider running or nominate a BPW resident or business owner. Facebook Invite

Park(ing) Day + Third Friday Happy Hour

Friday, September 18 from 1:00-6:00 pm, 2600 Block of Cherokee

In honor of Park(ing) Day, Nebula ise turning the 2600 Block of Cherokee into a mini-park. Outdoor coworking starting at 1pm and they're tapping a free keg of Cherokee Street Beer from St. Louis Hop Shop at 4pm. Facebook invite

The 43rd Annual Great Forest Park Balloon Race

Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19, Forest Park

Balloon Glow on Friday from 7:00-9:00 pm in Center Field and Balloon Race Saturday from 12:00-6:30 pm and fireworks at 9 pm. For more details, visit http://greatforestparkballoonrace.com

South Grand Fall Fest

Saturday, September 19 from 10:00-10:00 pm, South Grand, Arsenal to Humphrey

City of Night St. Louis

Saturday, September 19 from 5:00pm-1:00am, Lemp Brewery, 3500 Lemp

City of Night St. Louis is a grassroots, multi-disciplinary arts event with themes of art, history, culture and sustainability. It will feature in/outdoor art and installations on display; live performance in the form of sound art, theater, and dance; workshops; vendors;live art; and more. Facebook Invite

​St. Louis Swap Meet

Sunday, September 20 from 10:00 am-3:00 pm at the Lemp Brewery, Cherokee @ Lemp

Zumba Classes

Monday, September 21 at 6:30 pm, Curby Memorial Presbyterian Church, 2621 Utah

Curby Church will host Zumba classes on Mondays. The cost is $5.00 a session. For more info 314-771-0242.

Biergarten at Lemp Brewery

Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26 fron 5:00-9:00 pm, 3500 Lemp

Whether you are stopping by the Haunted for a thrill or strolling down Cherokee Street after work- we got just the thing for you! The St. Louis Hop Shop and The St. Louis Swap Meet will host their first night market and beirgarten at the Lemp Brewery. There will be live music, food trucks, great vendors and great beer. The St. Louis Hop Shop will pour locally brewed beers for guests in our biergarten located in the entrance breezeway. Facebook Invite
