Small Business Resource Fair with 10-Minute Speed Dating-Sessions
Thursday, July 16, 1:00-4:00 pm, St. Louis County Library Auditorium, 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd.
Presentation includes a brief overview of services provided by the attending resource partners. Topics to be covered include: loans, capital or investors; business plans; improving my credit score; financial literacy; discussion of your financial statements; veteran-owned business, women-owned business; federal, state and local government contracts; income taxes for small business; health insurance for small business; legal topics; legal structure and should I incorporate my business; Better Business Bureau ratings of my business; how to address negative comments about my business; and marketing my business using U.S. Postal Service tools. Benton Park West Neighborhood Association Meeting
Thursday, July 16 at 7:00 pm, Five Star Senior Center, 2832 Arsenal
There will be a guest speaker to discuss the upcoming bond issues. You will also hear about upcoing events news from the Alderman, and crime report for the police. All residents, business and property owners, or friends of the neighborhood are welcome to attend.
Bridge Bread Grand Opening
Friday, July 17 at 4:00 pm, 2604 Cherokee
Aldermen Cara Spencer and Kenneth Ortmann will be there for the ribbon cutting at 4:00 on Friday and the Bakers will join the fun as soon as they're done making Bridge Bread for the Shop!
Flowers & Weeds New Location Grand Opening
Friday, July 17 at 6:00 pm, 3201 Cherokee
Flowers and Weeds is celebrating the opening of our new location on Cherokee! Come check out the new space, including the main greenhouse, floral design studio and brand new outdoor cutting garden. Kickball in the Park

Kids and adults of all ages are encourage to play kickball in Gravois Park each Friday night during the summer. This is a fun way to kick off the week in a fun, family-friendly environment. NOTE: If it's raining, it will be called off.

TV Commercial Shoot & FREE Happy Hour

Missouri Preservation's Places in Peril Un-Happy Hour
