Dog Park Membership is open to all who complete this application process:

• Completed Application, which includes the following:

  • Application

  • Signed rules and regulations

  • Signed waiver and release of liability

  • Copy of Veterinary Records for spaying/neutering, and current vaccinations for rabies, distemper and bordetella

  • Photo of new member and each dog           

• Annual Fee $35 for 1st dog, $15 for each additional dog, payable via our Shop.
