Saturday Morning Kids' Art Class

In this weekly arts program young people ages 7-13 will learn various art techniques from across the world. Teaching artists from Yeyo Arts Collective will guide students through multiple medias including but not limited to collage, painting and sculpture! Salvation Army Spring Auction

Saturday, April 7 at 6 pm, Salvation Army - Temple Corps, 2740 Arsenal

Doors open at 5 pm for pre-sale and concessions. Live auction begins at 6 pm. Payments must be made at time of purchase; cash or credit card only. Preview pictures will be posted on Facebook the week of the auction. Items include small appliances, speaker systems, kitchen utensils, household supplies, furniture, bedding, electronics, and toys. Gravois Park Trash Pickup and Social Hour

Sundays from 9:30-10:30 am, Gravois Park, 3200 Potomac

Each Sunday, get to know your neighbors and help make YOUR neighborhood park a better place to play! We'll pick up litter in and around the park while talking and getting to know each other.

Story Time for Kids!

Sunday, April 8 at 10 am, KAMP, 3405 S. Jefferson

KAMPfire Stories is a bi-weekly storytelling event for KAMP kiddos. This one hour event will be held inside the classroom at the store, and is reserved for children and their parents. Age appropriate stories and activities will be offered.No fee to attend. Space is limited. Facebook Invite

2nd Annual Doggy Easter Egg Hunt

Sunday, April 8 from 12-3 pm, BPW Dog Park, 3300 Nebraska

(DUE TO WEATHER, this event moved to Sunday, April 8) We're teaming up with MaxStar Rescue for our 2nd annual Doggy Easter egg hunt. Open event at the dog park. Rise & Scream, Fundraiser for International Institute

Saturday, April 14 from 5 pm-12 am, 2720, 2720 Cherokee

Rise & Scream is a fundraiser for the International Institute of St. Louis. The fundraiser is a night of entertainment bringing people together with a large group of local creative artists. All proceeds will be donated to the International Institute of St. Louis. The purpose of the International Institute is to be the St. Louis region’s welcoming center for refugees and immigrants. This year the Institute resettled more than 1,000 refugees from Syria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Iraq, and many other countries, all of whom had endured trauma and hardship and must now begin again.
