Hey all you cool cats! We've been invited to work, as a fundraiser, an event at the Cortex District - The Murmuration Festival. Check out the event at murmurationfest.com.
This 3-day event explores intersection of art, music, science, and tech. Invited are innovators, scientists, artists, and entrepreneurs to share their work. Cutting-edge music performances are featured throughout the day and into the night.
This fundraiser should be a very COOL experience, but different than our normal beer booths. We'll be working various bars. Additionally, we are requied to wear all black; black pants/skirts and black shirts - requirement of the event promoter.
Once again, we'll be partnering with CHARIS - The St. Louis Women's Chorus for this 3-day event.
That all said and done, we will have as much FUN and FUNdraising as we normally do. Our fundraising this year has been dismal at best, due to the weather. This SINGLE 3-day fundraiser will keep us afloat.
